Trip To Eden Project.

Fantastic day out and not just when its raining as 70% of the plants are outside. Also the food isn't over priced as you would expect but great value.. A large bowl of Chilli Beef soup £3.50.. Also l was told Winter Friday and Saturday stays open late as its beautiful by night light..

Duck House

Graham who build our compost toilet has made us a duck house.. I love it... l hope the Indian running ducks remember to move home.

Great Weather in October

What great weather we had plus a few lovely campers, VW vans plus a Hannibal tent on a Lond Rover.. Lovely. As its been quieter l have put the Buffalo's in the top field, and had a chance to do some coastal walking with the Wife...

 Had some great tomatoes from the greenhouse, all my ones outside were rubbish...

 Having a lovely cup of tea and chocolate cake down Hartland Point.

 Jersey Giants are for sure giants and those ducks are eating us out of house and home.

A great weather spell in October

Wow... How nice was that! We were down the beach surfing from Wednesday to Sunday, BBQ was on it was lovely.. It was a great season lovely people alot of fun but after the bank holiday we felt lost after the party of August. lt was nice to have a few walkers passing though and lovely VW vans.. Thank you Sean & Jo for the bottle of wine, l think you will remember your torch next time. On the veg l had a good season on Potatoes, broad beans, tomatoes (only under glass), courgettes and chilies.

Yes the Compost Loo

Now we have so many people say to us when they read it was a compost loo it put them off .. Until they arrived and saw the space, the luxury of our shower and compost loos, and yes we had to make it very clear on how it works.. and yes no smells at all... Looking out of the shower onto the Buffalo's in the field.
